[It’s almost more of a relief to hear that the wound is doing well than she’d really expected. With as frantic and quick as everything had been in the moment, she was half-expecting something to go wrong even after the fact. Those weren’t exactly the best of conditions to be resorting to such desperate measures in, so it truly feels like an actual weight has been lifted. It’s far from a finished problem, but for the moment? That’s a real good sign.

She watches Shoko work in silence, brows furrowing a little bit as she works her magic and there’s some tangible relief to be felt from it. It’s such an odd thing to both see and feel that she gets a little caught up in it, only realizing that Shoko had continued to address her a moment later. Suzuha blinks up at her, looking a little bashful when what she’s said finally registers.]

I’m usually not the cry-on-the-shoulder type if I can help it. [Too busy trying to push through everything, and all that. Might be a hint of an embarrassed smile as she shakes her head a little.] But, you know… I’ll keep that in mind if it comes down to it.
