Maybe not all of them... but the infected ones.

[ She'd never want to take anyone away from their own home, unless she were rescuing them. Henry 1, for example, might benefit from slipping away to DisCity to live in the Bureau, rather than under the thumb of the scientists studying him. Hella uses both hands to further pull the blanket up to her chin, nestling down into the comfy nest they've created and closing her eyes in deep thought. ]

The infection doesn't seem so different from Mania. Just because they got it doesn't mean they deserve to die.

[ Which she huffs into the edge of the blanket, blunt and stubborn. Kotoha doesn't need to die, even if her powers are dangerous. Hella is perhaps the only one among their group to think so, or to be so lenient on members of their group that may become a danger to others. But she thinks of Ninety-Nine, Wendy, Hecate, all the Sinners in the Bureau's care who have a potential to hurt others. They need to be cared for, not put down like rabid dogs. She hates that the latter seems to be the kneejerk response in situations like these.

She keeps her eyes shut, breathing in deep through her nose. ]

I won't let that happen to you, not ever.

[ Whether it's executioners or members of their party who elect to get rid of her, Hella will do anything and everything to sabotage it. She knows she doesn't need to say more to show her sincerity — she's already proven to Ninety-Nine that she will break her chains no matter who puts them there. This is the root of her worry, after all: that inevitably, Ninety-Nine will try to protect Hella and get infected in the process. Then it's only a matter of time before people start averting their eyes and thinking the worst, just as they're doing now with Kotoha. ]
